CS:GO legends S1mple and Zeus banned from Twitch for the third time
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive legends and former Natus Vincere teammates Oleksandr 's1mple' Kostyliev and Danylo 'Zeus' Teslenko have both been banned from Twitch. Although the cause for the bans are unknown, the duo are both on their third bans, meaning they could be at risk of a harsher penalty this time around.
S1mple and Zeus, who both received bans previously for using homophobic slurs in Russian, were banned from the platform last night according to Streamer Bans. Although it appears they both still have their partnership status, they might face a longer, more severe punishment from the platform given they are now on their third strike.
S1mple wasted no time reacting to the news on Twitter, joking that like Guy 'Dr DisRespect Beahm's recent permanent ban, Twitch had also not told him the specific reasons behind the ban. He goes on to joke that while he's away, viewers can continue to enjoy his "other streams" from scam artists pretending to be him to steal CS:GO skins and accounts from unsuspecting viewers.
