In order to keep the forums informative and fun, we the Staff must enforce the rules. As a member of the eFPS forums, you must adhere to the rules that the Moderating Team has set for you. We reserve the right to remove your posting abilities, warn, ban or force your posts to be previewed by a Moderator at any time should you not comply with the rules below.

Violations of the rules are subject to immediate action, including but not limited to a permanent ban.

The everythingFPS Administration and Moderators reserve the right to remove anyone's access to these forums at any time, without warning.
Those who break the rules will receive warnings, followed by either a temporary or permanent ban once you reach 5 warnings. (A warning may not be given in the most severe cases that warrant immediate action.)

All links provided on the forums (unless DIRECTLY linked to everythingFPS.com) are unofficial links. We cannot verify their safety at any time, and thus you should click them at your own risk.

Posting

- All posts must comply with eFPS rules. This includes posting anything that is perceived to be against these rules, such as (but not limited to) reverse modifications of eFPS game servers, third-party clientèle, or controversial post subjects. Any post found to be in violation of any of them will be removed and the poster warned.

- While we value your opinions here, one-liners or anything off the main subject of the topic itself is spam. Spam is not tolerated here, and will result in the post being removed or a warning if the offense is severe.

- Flaming is the act of degrading someone on the boards; this is highly frowned upon and WILL lead to disciplinary action, based on the judgment of the moderators. Also, racist and antisemitic posts or flames will NOT be tolerated.

- When you post a new topic, your title must be descriptive of the topic's contents. You may not include attention-grabbing designs or many repeated characters at the beginning or the end, nor may you make a title that goes against our rules.

- Do not post or link to any pornographic, obscene, or non-prescription/illegal drug-related articles of any sort on the forums, in your profile, or even via PM. This will result in a permanent ban.

- Bumping on this forum is not allowed. A bump is 14 days from the last post. Always remember to check the dates of the post before you reply!

- One eFPS account per user, please. Duplicates or accounts found to have spoofed or fake e-mails will be immediately removed and a possible IP ban may ensue.

Profile Pictures

- Absolutely no plagiarism of any sort is permitted on these forums. This will result in a permanent ban from the forums.

- You may actively advertise on the fourms, but do not link to sites which may be considered harmful. Links found with excessive lettering or numbering (not originating from the eFPS server itself) will be removed.

- Profile pictures may NOT be stolen/copied from another user without their permission.

Clauses and Responsibility

- eFPS is not recognized in any shape, form or fashion by the Valve Corporation. We cannot help you with Valve-related issues. Please do not ask for Valve-related help on these forums.

- The eFPS forums are provided to you by the eFPS Administration, Content Team, and Moderators. While we make every endeavor to keep these forums clean, fun and informative, all content that is presented to you here is at your own risk.

- If you find a thread that is in violation of these rules, it is your responsibility to help keep these forums clean and report the thread by contacting any administrator listed above. Likewise, if you feel you have been privately or publicly harassed by another member of this community, you may report this to an Administrator, via PM. Please do not make a post on the forums relating to this matter. Provide as much evidence as you can when you report the incident, or we cannot take much action.

- No one is above the law. Report whatever actions you may feel are in violation of these rules.
